When using the series, if you find yourself in severe emotional distress I recommend that you listen to the audio title you are currently using three times per day. If you are in moderate emotional distress, I recommend that you listen to your current title two times per day. I you are in mild emotional distress, I recommend that you listen to you current title one time per day, although once a day may product only minimal results. I suggest that you spend twenty-one days with each recording for the best results. If time does not permit you to listen to both sides of the recording multiple times per day, make sure you at least listen to Side A or Track 1 once per day, then listen to Side B or Track 2 multiple times.
In conjunction with the audio series, the workbook Therapist in a Book: Emotional Healing, is designed as a map out of emotional pain. Work through the exercises in the workbook that correlate to whichever audio title you are listening to. You fill in the blanks with you own personal experience . It is written open-eneded enough to create a simple template for your personal participation, and it fits any belief system. All emotional issues and unique personal history can be explored in the series due to its open-ended design. The series builds on itself, so it is important to do the series in order, beginning with title one and continuing sequentially through the rest of the titles. Used properly and consistently, this program will facilitate the emotional healing process
Setting your Intent
Each title in the series states the intent of its contents so you know what you are trying to achieve. It is important for you to set your intent as well, thereby sending the message to your unconscious. Defining what you want is an incredibly important part of this process. Take a moment and define what you want to achieve Understand that most people can list what they don’t want, but few can concisely name what it is they do want.
